Cryptozoology.com is provided as a recreational website. It is not meant to instruct, control, or influence anyone. Please do not put any sensitive or damaging information about yourself or anyone else on this site. Cryptozoology.com is made up of many members, who post a variety of messages and images. Cryptozoology.com cannot take responsibility for the actions of its members. However, if there is abuse going on, we encourage people to contact an administrator, to inform them of the abuse. Cryptozoology.com follows the rule of law which allows for limited use of copyrighted materials (FAIR USE). The meaning and limitations of FAIR USE have been very controversial the past several years, as the United States has consistently extended and strengthened the protections of copyright holders. There is no clear definition of FAIR USE in relation to public internet websites. There are those who are adamant that copyrighted works are 100% protected, and that websites have 0% right in having ANY copyrighted information or images or other works, without express written permission. However, the courts have not be imposing such a stringent view. Until US law gets clear in the definition of FAIR USE, this site will continue to operate under what seems, to the webmaster, to be an appropriate level of FAIR USE. If you own, or represent an entity, who has a copyright on something on Cryptozoology.com, you can contact the webmaster to have it removed. Reasonable requests will be honored. Please don't be excessively hostile in your request. No need for that. Just ask nicely. |
