Strange Bee

I have seen a lot of insects in my life, I have been around in the woods for 40 years and never seen anything like the insect in the picture. It has legs looking like a spider, on it back it has hair looking like a bumble bee, it also has wings that go back to a point similar to a fly, it has a narow tail like stinger. It is agressive and it has big eyes on the front of its head, but most of all it can turn its head from left to right. If anyone has an idea what this is please contact me. Thanks
