Strange Hornet-like bug

I was talking about Halloween with my cousin, when we saw a strange little bug that was smaller than a fingernail. It looked like a little hornet, but it had fat legs that looked similar to a frog's. It had antennae that looked more like a moth's than a hornet's.We took about a dozen pictures, but only 5 turned out good. It moved strangely and stretched its legs with each step. It also had wings.
