| I have recently moved to armidale NSW australia enrolled as a international buisness student. My college runs a canoe challenge called the hawksbry classic to raise money for the college. I thought i would get some early training in and went out for a paddle at a local dam and there were large dark shapes moving under the water making the canoe rock a few times i saw hairy lateraly flattened rat-like tails break the surface of the water. By this time i was scared silly and made for the banks, there were large prints in the mud about 40cm across that had obviously made by something with webbed duck-like feet. Have there ever been any sightings like this in armidale? |
