Bigfoot in small town Wisconsin (5-02-2002)
I was hiking at a place near the small town of Pella, WI. I was with my two children we were at a county park called Hayman Falls. We were climbing a large hill trying to pick may flowers when my 5 yr. old said, "daddy look there's a gorrilla." I glanced to see what she was talking about and i saw it plain as day. It was 8-9ft tall with massive body structure and it was looking right at us. it was a very large upright creature with hair covering it's entire body. I noticed the creature had breast and I would assume it was a female. The creature grunted at us and picked up a stick and started to beat it against a log that was in front of it. I then grabbed hold of my children, picking my daughter up and telling my son to run as fast as he could to the car. We ran through the thick woods and thistles and down hill for about 3/4 mile. it did not follow us as far as i could tell. I then drove about a half hour till i got home and called my brother who of course told me i was drunk. After about 10 minutes of trying to convince him he told me to meet him at the park in an hour in which i did. He brought along his 12 guage thinking that what i saw might have been a bear. I hiked him to the area where i saw the creature and found nothing. There however were several huge matted down areas where tree branches and brush were laid which looked as though something or things had been laying on as a bedding type area. My brother thinks i'm crazy but i know what i saw. I saw the creature in a heavily wooded area on top of a large hill. it was 3pm approximately on May 2nd 2002. ----- Update on Bigfoot in small town WI. (6-30-2002)
just the other day my son and I were attending a family outing in Pella wi. we were telling some relatives who live near by about the gorilla? we saw back in May of 2002. upon hearing this they told us about several farmers who live near by in the Hayman Falls area. They were having problems with something breaking into there storage sheds and garages in the middle of the night. then i was told of something very strange. my cousin who lives less than a mile from Hayman falls park said that the DNR and local county police had been called to the park 2 weeks after my sighting of this thing and had closed the entire park off and had a perimeter set up of over 50 officers and DNR agents who were tracking a so called bear in the area. what is so strange is that bear are occassionally seen and no big deal is made out of it. but, this time professional trackers were brought in and about 20 plaster casts of tracks were made. also, this is big news in this small rural area and should've made the local papers because of the massive nature of the search. nothing was ever printed.I called the police dept. that is in charge and they denied tracking a bear. I asked what they tracked, and asked if it had anything to do with a large gorrilla type creature that my children and i saw back in may. they said there never was a search, but they wanted me to come down and talk to a DNR warden who would be interested in asking me and my children some questions. i will keep you updated on my Question and answer session with the DNR in the future. ----- New info on Bigfoot in small town WI. (7-16-2002)
just a few days ago I met with an shawano county sherrif and he introduced me to a special agent of the dnr who would be interviewing me about my sighting of the gorilla type creature at Hayman falls county park. I informed him that i would'nt allow my children to be interviewed in a separate room inwhich he requested. I felt it would be to intimidating for young kids. this seemed to annoy the agent and he became just short of irate with me and pretty much said that I was scared my children would expose me in a lie. I then informed him that I wasnt the one who wanted to get together and discuss what I had saw. i didn't really care if he or anyone else believed what we saw because I know what I saw and it was'nt a bear. he then told me to forget what I thought I saw, and that I better not stir up a hornets nest by going to the papers. I told him I had not planned on going to the news papers but it was my right to if I wanted to. he then brought the sherrif back into the interview room and they convinced me it would be in my best interest to forget what I saw. so, that's what i'm going to do. this will be my last update. good luck to all who keep searching for what could be out there. |
