  • WEBSITE TECHNICAL ISSUES
The server this website runs on has aggressive security software in place. Unfortunately, this also means that often times innocent users will get automatically blocked from the site, or from sections of the site, if they did some action that triggered a security alert on the server. This usually is caused by posting a link or an image to the forum that has some sequence of characters that causes a "hit" on the various security algorithyms. Simply put - you may falsely be determined to be a bad guy, trying to damage the website.

The solution can be simple: clear your cache, and clear the cookies you have for cryptozoology.com (restarting your browser won't hurt either).
If this doesn't work, then the problem may be more serious. Your ip address may have gotten put into the block list on the server. In this case, you will need to contact the webmaster. Send an email to cryptozoology.com@gmail.com, and put in the subject line something like "Help, I've been blocked, and I can't get in", and in the message put your ip address. If you don't know what your ip address is, go to http://whatismyip.com, and it will list your ip address in big letters across the top of the page. Copy that number, and send it to me in your email.

I know - alot of people are having problems with the security on the server. I've been blocked off the server myself multiple times. Its just something we're going to have to live with for the time being. Cryptozoology.com is undergoing constant heavy attack 24-7, and this high level of security is necessary to keep the site up.
