After having tried to find out the identity of this frog through the various government departements and University sites. I have come up with a blank. There was was name that I found that stood out which was the peppered tree frog (It could pass for seeming to have been sprayed with pepper) for which no photo was available and apparently it hadn't been seen since the seventies. later I did find a photo of that species and it looked very different than this one. Any Suggestions?
