Mammoths, or mammoth-like animals have been reported in parts of the World where they once existed. Are they still out there, wandering up the Copper River, or grazing the taiga as quietly as their elephant cousins on padded feet? These mammoths are depicted smaller, like the Wrangel Isle animals that outlasted the larger mainland mammoths to live until 4,000-5,000 years ago among contemporary animals and North American humans.
