| A legend, the Kelpie ( Each Uisge ) is a creature that resembles a young equine often described having a sleek figure with a flowing mane and an amazingly beautiful coat. These mythical creatures are said to be able to change shape into a human; male or female depending on sex. Kelpies live near bodies are water, mostly lakes. There have been a few sightings - the majority erroneous. I am aporetic about the entire 'thing', however, I happened to remember the information and illustrated it late last night. - 4/10/06 - |
