Longhorn Beetle??

Took this picture about 6 years ago in Martinsburg, WV. There was a pair of them on a signpost. Thought they were interesting. At first impression i thought yellow jacket, when i got a little closer thought longhorn beetle. But, the legs are quite long for a LB and the rascals were fast runners and hard to photograph. Tiger beetle-longhorn mimic, nah? Any suggests?
