It says it's in it's adolesance. i was reading both the capture one and the other one that bit the great white in half.

if it's in it's adolescence. dang.. it must be meg.. cause i never read or heard of a young white shark bigger as usual. Meg may either be a gigantic white shark or its appearance is like the great white or something similar.

It's clearly a very standard Carcharodon carcharias, it's not even that big. In fact, it's rather standard for a late adolescent shark. These animals spend their younger years growing terrifically fast, and then remain much the same size the rest of their lives. The media loves to embellish, a 4.2m 700kg shark is not all that remarkable in a species that can grow to around 6m and over 2000kg. A magnificent animal, sure, but nothing overly special in terms of its size or age.
