Damn, Tony, that was powerful.
Don't post hardly at all any more, I know, but still check things out periodically. My "Lost Creek Falls" is still intact; I was there last month. Never realized just how much I love the place until I read this. It'd feel like somebody ripped out my heart if it was defiled like that. I feel your anger, your frustration, your pain. Its a loss that can't be replaced. I'm truly sorry, Tony. Thank you for sharing that.

I completely agree.
I used to go to a spot in Kern County that I loved because it was so beautiful. Then a few years ago some crazy woman followed her fireman husband to a tryst he was having with another woman in a cabin and she set fire to the forest to "get his attention".
Now, its all gone..... |
