"The whole point of a fixed observation post is to allow the creatures to get used to it and then hopefully they will approach where they can be observed. It wouldn't matter if the post is set up in relatively shallow water (< 300 feet). Most, if not all cryptids, are observed on the surface, or close to it. So letting the animals come to the Island would be less invasive and less costly. "
Very clever (finally getting back to the subject after the Salaawa post) although it's not easy for the animal to get used to if it doesn't see that post daily or weekly, but if it's loch ness I suppose it might work (although i'm rather skeptical).

Blob of protein? Is that even possible? are you also talking about the photo with a man and where there was a rope around the blob/octopus? |
