Well, I advice you not to beliee everything you watch on TV. It is easy to make up things...look around a bit for other sources of information about the chupacabra, and you will find that there are many different ideas about what it is. I think it is pure invention... The Mexican Chupacabra doesn't have paws, but hoooves.
