I just noticed it on amazon a few days ago. I'm going to pick it up soon, there seem to be a lot of cryptids in KY once you start digging around.
Being from the hills I've always been enamored with the 'black panthers' :) |

I am looking forward to seeing the show, Kim. Good to see someone else on the site with... how to put this... goth tendencies? I don't look too goth these days, but there was a time when my wardrobe was almost completely black. Lately I just seem to look the part of the eccentric horror writer. BTW, how's the scene in Milwaukee? There's actually a pretty tight-knit goth/metalhead community here in the Nashville area. Come visit any time and we'll show you around. Maybe go check out the Bell Witch cave while we're at it.

Hi Brent, The scene in Milwaukee has gone so far underground that you dont hardly see it anymore. We are the ONLY gothic band in Milwaukee, perhaps even Wisconsin. There are two clubs that play SOME goth stuff only very rarely....which is very sad. Milwaukee is a very strange and backwards place...must be the water :)
We would love to play Nashville!! Check out our myspace page : The Shadowpeople.
Have you been to the Bell Witch cave??

I just watched the Monster Quest episode I was on. Im so glad they didnt ask me to do a reinactment! LOL! I didnt look like a dork or a nut case! Yay! and they didnt put in the part where while under hypnosis I was all twitchy and stuff...yay! Unfortunetly my interview was totaly cut...there were so many more details that they didnt put in...and they got the year ALL WRONG!! It was 71/72 not 77!! but other wise I thought it was a good episode.

Kim! You were freaking great! Very believable and down to earth. I thought the jacket was fine.
Um, you do know that you just added another five years onto your age, don't you? Not that I care...always liked my women a bit on the seasoned side, lol.
All in all, a very fine job.

LOL! It was a compliment, Kim! Honest. Remember, I'm older than you. Simply saying I'm not into the teeny, bubble-gum, air-headed blond type.
No, we haven't. I need to get Linda's book. I'll be honest with you, Kim. I've never heard of the Michigan Dogman until I hit this site. I know we have Sasquatch reports, but I had never heard of the Dogman, so I'll need to do some research on it.

Thanks everyone for all your kind words! Linda and I have talked and although we both noticed the too numerous flaws in the details in the show, we agree it was a good episode. People in the midwest are seeing a large biped they cant identify. Perhaps this episode will lead to more wittnesses coming forword.

Hey Kimberley, Saw you on MonsterQuest a couple of nights ago, on the Wisconsin Dogmen episode. I loved the cgi creatures and the polygraph man with his standard phrases... something like "I detected no deception in the relevant matter, the relevant matter being that the witness saw upright hairy creatures in the woods".
If they ever bring one of those things to Loch Ness they'd better pack lots of spare fuses :-)
Cheers, Dick.
PS Doesn't it make you feel grown up when you see yourself on the History Channel? |
