Eh, reptiles aren't that scary, mammals, caecilians, sharks and invertebrates; now those dudes are _freaky-ass_!

Reptile....I'll wait by the edge of the waterhole or game trail and snap out at you!!!!

Moles, caecilians, angel sharks and antlions...I'll burrow _under_ the gametrail and wait for the vibrations of your feet and snap you up!!!! And you will never know because I burrowed into it from elsewhere...Mhu-wha-wha-wha!!!!

Don't get me wrong, sauropsids are awesome predators, but synapsids are winning that battle hands-down.

My own Necronomicon. I got in some pretty serious trouble at the Miskatonic Library when they caught me copying from the original...

And talking of trolls,I found a hilarious section of trollville where they hang out. This netbook is being stoopid and not posting links right now,but you should get similar results if you type the keywords 'cryptozoology creatures' into your search engine, click the first hit,and then go to the message board. They even have a troll-esque moderator and a member named 'darkhero'...sound familiar,anybody/;)A funny twist to this site is that they basically write every single cyptid of as a demon, not so much crytozoology as demonology, lol.Anyone for a troll-hunting safari?,lol.

did you copy from the paperback version, or the one whose cover is made from human skin?

The human skin one of course!

hehehe.. I ran a bunch of searches for Necronomicon ideas from fellow cultists, and got some great ideas and just filled in the blanks myself. I threw a bunch of planetary and random physics stuff in there, copied some old woodcuts and Lovecraftian trading cards, copied out a couple pages from "Lovecraftian themed" movies...

The Children of the stars page on the right is one I found on google while the left page of just the symbol is the "planetary sign" for the Lost Planet Phaeton which I got from one of my many books on the strange and bizarre. I captioned it with a line from the game Morrowind: "The house unmourned" and the alphabet in there is my own corruption of the old Celtic Whorls and I really do have a translation key for it.

Oh... almost forgot... any bit of language I come across that's not English I've filled in pages. I've got in so far Greek, Latin, Spanish, Castillo, Hawanian, Navijo, and Itallian. Lot of Latin... hehe Thanks to Montague Summer's chronic habbit of repeating his sources in the source languange.

Lost Planet Phaeton? What info do you have on it? I'm curious because in the last couple of years I've heard of scientists discovering new planets/planetoids in our solar system.

hehe, Phaeton was supposedly the planet that existed where the asteroid belt now is. A Russian "researcher" claims to have a piece of it that revealed "an advanced civilization that destroyed itself" much like an outer space version of Atlantis.
