Subject: Any Animorph fans? From: howlingwolf posted Fri, Dec 30 2005, 1:27am  I've started reading the Animorph book series by K.A.Applegate. If I remember correctly, I had joined a club that would send in 3 animorph books every couple of weeks or so. I never finished reading the entire series though and I never got the last few books. In fact, I only read about 6 books out of the whole series. I don't really remember anything about it, except some aliens called yeerks(if that's how it's spelled) get into a human's brain, the yeerk is called a controller or something. It did get a little boring, which is probably why I stopped reading them. Subject: Re: Any Animorph fans? From: Dendrauge posted Sun, Jan 1 2006, 9:07am  Ha! I used to be an Animorph's freak! Back from 4th to 6th grade I plowed my way through the books as they came out. I currently own books 1-35, the Andalite Chronicles (my fav, The Hork-Bajir Chronicles (another good one), and Visser (a book concerning the history of Visser 3). Yeah, I was the kid so heavily into the series that I'd anticipate the release of the next one (usually they came out every month or two) by checking the back of the book even before I read the actual book.
