Subject: this place needs stricter rules

what a wonderful place. what a wonderful site.
it's not hard to tell why cryptozoology is a laughing stock to mainstream public and it is avoided for serious discussion.

firstly, we have online verbal battles on in created topics, and troll topics such as "coupla unknown canids", "moffman garogile" that have nothing to do with anything
to let everyone know, this is a cryptozoological site. visitors to this site are not interested in looking at photos of your dog, your baby, barak obama, your purple patio etc, especially when you post them under hominids etc.

the first words one reads before posting in the main lobby are
The Main Lobby is for ONLY CRYPTOZOOLOGICAL TOPICS.
If you post something uncryptozoological in Main Lobby as a top level post, you will be kicked off the site.

lo and behold, we have
"stu has been unbanned"
"way to go keith"
"what are the grounds for baning someone?"

yeah......

Is this an "Announcement" or a "Criticism and Suggestion"?
