I find it very...funny, amazing, wathever, that some people that condemm Darwin as a matter of course haven't bothered to read him.

True dat. I read the book (in English, of course) in my first year of college but don't remember much about it, it was too long ago. I remember it was awfully dry reading!

Maybe, but it makes fascinating reading. Not only the Bible, but many essays about it...look what I'm using to prop the PC ... translated "The Biblical Texts". No good, that's why it is there...exact thickness and all that...

I know a lot of people who dispute the Bible - and other works - without troubling to read them.
