I had the same problem after trying to hotlink to an emoticon, and again later after trying to hotlink to an image on my site. After I hit the button to delete all temp files and cookies, (and I still couldn't get on the site), I checked the files to find that there were still hundreds of them in the system. I had to highlight and delete the cz.com files and cookies manually, and even then, the computer wouldn't allow me to delete them all. But I was still able to get back onto cz.com with what I could delete.
I'm still waiting for Cisco to answer my question in the post below this one. |
