I think you might know about this blog. There are regular updates, especially on the leopard cat, & these are good snaps of the bay cat in the wild.

I wish they would release the captive one though, they shouldnt be in cages.

Probably not.
People put all kinds of creature in cages for no more reason than they happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The idea that wild creatures are property and can be treated as humans please is rampant all over the world.
Yesterday I saw a news story of a man driving down a freeway in Russia with a Jaguar hanging his head out the window like a pet dog.

I'm thinking they were tagging or treating or releasing it.

Not all animals in cages are held for show.

The bay cat in the picture was photographed by Jim Sanderson for tagging, just found out.

Even though I'm a dog person I'd hate to see such beautiful creatures go extinct.
