This year has been quite eventful for me and unfortunately I didn't post as many updates as I should have. Perhaps you could look at it like a volcano building up pressure over time. In about a month or two I will start posting updates more frequently.

Update on Cryptozoological Research
Several months ago I received a letter from a long-time friend named Jake, telling of a flying creature he saw near his home. He described it as having a 10 foot wingspread, a long tail with a diamond shaped flange and no visible feathers. It appeared to be at an altitude of 35-40 feet. He saw it on two separate occasions. An avid and knowledgeable bird-watcher with excellent vision makes him a very reliable witness. My brother Timothy and I began planning a research trip shortly. Accompanying us would also be a 17 year old photographer, Johan.
On June 9th we left Salem and boarded our train and because of some minor mistakes had to carry all 12 bags of luggage with us. Later we arrived and were transported to the research site along a medium sized river where some others had seen and heard it last August. Basing our research on the theory that the creatures are nocturnal, we set up Generation 3 night vision with a camcorder attachment and stationed ourselves at different points along the river.
During our time there we saw several deer, a great blue heron about 4 feet from me, and a few other small creatures. Unfortunately our research trip was a not a success in many respects as we did not see the creature. However, when one is trying to accomplish something that for the most part, hasn’t been done before, failure along the way is inevitable. We are ready to return if the creature is seen again and we will keep trying to do what most consider impossible. The Bible mentions these creatures (pterosaurs) as still living only a few thousand years ago and if that is true we should find a few remnants still living today and I believe that we will.
Even though I haven’t been active on my blog during the spring and winter months, doesn’t imply I'm not doing anything. Lately I have been busier than ever with my new job at a local store, planning a new business (Creation Studios), arranging cryptoozoological research trips for the summer, among other things. I have also been seeking to know the Lord’s plan for my life and getting to know Him better through prayer and reading His Word.

Sorry that I haven't posted any new articles recently. Anyhow, I have recieved a number of reports this year, but this one is fairly unique because it involves a near collision. The following interview was recorded. Enjoy:
Primary Witness: Chuck DeAses
"There were four of us (my wife & and my friend & his wife) in a vehicle (I was driving) in place called Big Bend Park [Texas]. Which is virtually miles and miles of desolate country. Later my friend told me, “It’s a full moon, you can turn your lights off and drive from the light of the moon.” But I didn’t do it.
The third night we driving on a desolate road, probably 64 miles from the nearest town and my friend asked me again. I said alright, so I literally turned off the lights and then turned them back on again. When I did that there was a [flying] creature that was heading right into our windshield, but it flew over the car roof. We all took notes on what we actually saw. You have to understand that I’m 57 and I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology. My friend is a software engineer and is very successful and so is his wife. My wife is a successful realtor. So we are not the type of people that are prone to exaggeration or outlandish tales.
We all took notes and we all came up with fairly the same recollection and it was fairly consistent to what is posted on your website living pterosaur page. How we found your website is that we called a number of friends and said, “Look; this what we saw.” We then went on the internet to see if anyone else had any observations or sightings of these things and that’s how we came across your website.
I used to be a hunter, though I haven’t been hunting in 30 years. We live Austin, Texas and we have seen night hawks, different kinds of buzzards, eagles, you name it. But what made this creature truly unique is that it had no feathers. Another thing that stuck out in our minds was that there were feet, very visible and that it no fur or feathers and it did not have the typical [bird] wings.
Later we all speculated on what would have happened had we not turned the lights back on. It most likely would have crashed through the windshield, who knows.
This must have been a truly rare sight; I would be surprised if anyone would ever see it."
Chuck also described the wingspread to be roughly five feet.

Sorry this is a little late...
I just received word that in Texas human and dinosaur tracks were found
together by Alvis Delk. The human and dinosaur track is not a carving,
based on evidence from a spiral CT Scan at a university
showing contours
below the tracks. In other words, the impressions from the weight of the
object that was on the ground. Here are some points that Ian Juby brought
up:
"Just aquired by the Creation Evidence Museum, this has got to be the
single
most spectacular fossil footprint ever to come out of the Paluxy. Found in
2000 by an amateur archaeologist, Alvis Delk of Stephenville, Texas, he
found
it as a loose slab against the bank of the river. He flipped over the rock
and saw an excellent dinosaur track, so he took it home where it sat in his
living room for years. Sadly, this past year he had a very bad accident
where
he fell off of a roof and landed on his head. He was in the hospital for
months and has a blood clot in his brain which can kill him literally at
any
minute, so he's living on borrowed time.
Once he got home, he decided he would sell the dinosaur track, figuring Dr.
Carl Baugh would pay a few hundred dollars for it. He began to clean the
rock, and that was when he discovered the fossil human footprint which was
still preserved underneath the dried clay! The human footprint had been
made
first, and shortly thereafter (before the mud turned to stone), a dinosaur
stepped in the mud with its middle toe stepping on top of the human track.
You can actually see the displaced mud from the dinosaur's middle toe
inside
the human footprint. One could conclude from this evidence that humans were
around before the time of the dinosaurs!
Dr. Baugh had conceived of an idea a number of years ago to use spiral CT
scans to analyse fossil footprints, as you can see compression made by the
footprints which now appears as density changes in the rock. The slab was
taken to the Glen Rose medical center where spiral CT scans were performed
on
the rock. I'm producing a short video explaining what CT scan is, how it
works, and its perfect application for the analysis of fossil footprints
which
have not been found in-situ.
In short, taking a brief look at one of over 800 scans taken of the rock,
and
remembering that the whiter the area in the image, the denser the rock is,
you'll notice that in patches surrounding both the dinosaur track and the
human track, as well as immediately underneath the arch of the human track,
the rock is compressed. This validates the authenticity of both tracks,
showing they are not carvings but genuine fossil tracks.
According to evolutionary theory, dinosaurs were supposed to have become
extinct at least 64 million years before humans ever evolved, whereas the
bible states they were created together on day 6 of the creation week. This
is profound evidence supporting creation and refuting the evolutionary
myth.
The slab is now in possession of the Creation Evidence Museum, and I now
have
a cast in the collection of the Creation Science Museum of Canada. More

I am tired of hearing sarcastic and rude comments about Carl Baugh. I met
him this year and heard a few of his lectures and I was astonished in his
scientific knowledge. For a time I used to believe the skpetics, in that he
was "way-off". That is certainly not true. However, there are some things
that he promotes that I question. Anyhow, I am thankful that Carl Baugh
bought the track instead of letting it be locked away in some-one's closet
or be destroyed. Did you know that after William Meister in Delta, Utah
found a slab of rock that has trilobite fossils with human shoe print
smashing one, an anonymous man called William and offered him a large sum
for the fossils. William then asked him what planned to do with it. The man
replied that he would have it destroyed. Why would an evolutionist do that?
I have heard from several paleontologists that a group of men were caught
destroying one of the fossil human tracks near the Paluxy River, Texas.
Why?
In 1993, a Peruvian newspaper reported that a human skull was discovered in
Jurassic rock in the Paracas National Reserve. Archaeologist Dr. Dennis
Swift, later heard of the discovery and flew to Peru to investigate. After
seeing the skull he returned to the US. When funds arrived he returned with Dr.
Don Patton and found that the skull been demolished. Why would someone
destroy a fossil worth a large amount of money? These incidents raise some
questions in my mind about the impartiality claimed by evolutionists. It is also
important for me to say there are alot of more open-minded evolutionists that I
respect.
This article is a bit controversial, and thanks for taking the time to read

We arrived (Peter, my brother Tim & myself) at the target zone a couple of hours before sundown. It was about 94 degrees. There wasn't much activity at first, except that we saw a few Pelicans and a Cormant. We got some photos of them. The missionaries and natives in New Guinea say that there are pterosaur-like creatures that will suddenly "light-up" in the night. Thats is exactly what we saw a little past mid-night. About 12:40 AM I closed my eyes for a sec and Peter shook me wide awake. I looked up and saw a large black form shoot over me. Peter told me that he saw the creature for about 3 seconds as it came by. He is a well-trained artillery officer and has put a lot a study into Biology. He estimated that it flew 30 feet above our heads and that it had a wingspread of no less than 4 feet. The wings were almost the same as a bat. However, it had a long neck and beak. We did not see the legs or tail. It was flying much too fast to a get a photo, unless the camera is in your hand, ready to go. The second night it was warmer, but we saw almost no potential pterosaur activity.
